The task for this project was to design a cohesive set of four abstract symbols for an HR department of a big tech company working on a global initiative titled, “Together.” The four core values I chose to represent through symbols are Collaboration, Support, Growth, and Flexibility. Observing shapes and elements often associated with big tech companies and HR departments, I drew inspiration from bar graphs, pie charts, and office buildings. I also wanted my symbols to have a less serious, more approachable appearance which explains the playful shapes and bright colors.
