The goal of this project was to create a logo for an imaginary nonprofit organization committed to the well-being of others. The organization I created was the Dream Fund, which is dedicated to funding the dreams of lower-income children by providing schooling, workshops, sports activities, and other areas of interest. My main intention was to create something that felt inspirational when seen by viewers. While exploring logo marks revolving around the theme of dreams, I drew most inspiration from shooting stars which provided me with the concept of my logo. I chose a bright yellow color for the mark as it is cheerful, energetic, and a color that generally resembles youthfulness.
